Is it really free?+

Yes — INSIDE is open and free for all. There is no fee at any stage. Prior registration is required only so we can send you the joining link and keep the group a manageable size.

I've never meditated. Will I be lost?+

Not at all. Every session is guided from the first breath to the last, and it's designed for complete beginners. Nothing is expected of you except that you sit and listen.

What if I miss a morning?+

Simply join the next one. The six days build gently on each other, but each session also stands on its own — there is nothing to catch up on and no one keeping score.

Do I need anything to take part?+

A quiet-ish corner, a phone or laptop, and thirty minutes. No cushion, no special clothing, no prior reading. Sitting on a chair is completely fine.

Is this therapy or medical treatment?+

No. INSIDE is a guided meditation and wellbeing practice. It isn't a substitute for therapy or medical care. If you're managing a mental-health condition, do continue working with your professional alongside it.
